American Window Film Employee Spotlight

This month, we're excited to spotlight Kim Schafer, our Operations Manager in Grand Rapids! Kim has been with American Window Film for a year and a half, helping keep operations running smoothly while supporting both her team and customers.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at AWF, Kim says it's the positive atmosphere and the support everyone shows one another. She appreciates being part of a team where everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed, creating a collaborative environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys golfing, attending concerts, exploring new coffee shops, traveling, spending time with her girls, and soaking up Michigan summers at the beach. Whether she's planning her next trip or enjoying a day by the water, she loves making the most of her time outside of work.

Kim's favorite AWF perk is Friends & Family Day, which she recently used to attend a Morgan Wallen concert. It was a great way to enjoy a fun weekend and take advantage of one of her favorite AWF perks.
