American Window Film Employee Spotlight

This month, we're highlighting Zach Zucchini, one of our Field Estimators at American Window Film. Zach joined AWF in February 2025 and has spent the past year helping customers find the right solutions for their projects. He enjoys being part of a team that stays connected across locations and works together to support one another and achieve common goals.

One of Zach's favorite things about working at AWF is the culture. He appreciates the collaboration across branches and how willing people are to support one another, no matter where they’re based.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys cooking, baking, attending concerts, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he's hiking, camping, or snowboarding during the winter, he loves finding ways to stay active and enjoy nature.

When it comes to AWF perks, Zach's favorite is Friends & Family Day. He's used it to take his family and mom out for her birthday, and also to celebrate his wife and their 9th anniversary before their wedding! He especially appreciates that AWF encourages employees to prioritize quality time with friends and family.
