American Window Film Employee Spotlight

This October, we’re excited to spotlight Meghan O’Connell, our HR Manager at American Window Film! Meghan recently celebrated her two-year anniversary with AWF, and we’re happy to recognize the care and dedication she brings to supporting our team.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at AWF, Meghan’s answer is simple: the people. Her role in HR gives her the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with team members across the entire company. She especially enjoys being able to contribute to a culture built around such great individuals and help make AWF a place where people feel connected and supported.

Outside of work, Meghan loves making the most of life by the ocean. You’ll often find her taking her dog, Barley, on beach trail walks, practicing yoga, or enjoying a sunset ocean dip. She also enjoys exploring new coffee shops and going to concerts.
When it comes to AWF’s annual perks, Meghan’s favorite is We Not Me. She appreciates that the company encourages team members to spend time together outside of work, creating opportunities to enjoy a healthy work-life balance while strengthening relationships with coworkers. For Meghan, the perk reflects the sense of community she values so much at AWF.

A close second is the Friends & Family perk, which she recently used to take a day off for a long weekend in Northern California. The trip gave her time to visit family and attend a concert with her cousins, a memorable way to put the perk to use!

Thank you, Meghan, for everything you do to support our people and help cultivate the community that makes AWF special. We’re grateful to have you on the team!
