Our sales representative out of our Los Angeles office met with the facilities manager at the mall to get a better understanding of the scope of work. When he got there he could see what the facility manager was talking about. Wear and tear scratching as well as intentional scratching with keys on both the interior and exterior of the glass. Our sales representative agreed that it was unsightly and could understand why the facilities manager was looking for a solution.
