Each year every employee gets $300.00 to participate in a Friends and Family day. They take one paid day off in addition to their regular vacation dedicated to spend a special day with friends or family. They must go somewhere or do something special.

Each year every employee will get one paid day to contribute their time to help someone out. Can be a friend, family member or a local charity, old age home, hospital or other cause they are passionate about.

Each year every employee will get $250.00 to expense toward any fitness or health related activities.

Each year every employee gets $300.00 to be expensed in any activity done with another employee outside of work hours.
